IT support plans

Fixed-price IT support, at a fraction of a full-time hire

Every small business hits the same wall: email stops working, a laptop dies, the WiFi password is anyone's guess, and the "IT guy" is a nephew who's gone quiet. Hiring full-time IT staff costs R25,000+ a month. Most businesses do better with someone reliable, on a fixed monthly fee, who already knows their setup, rather than that overhead.

That's what these plans are.

Three plans. Fixed fees. Month-to-month.

Just 1 to 4 people? A one-off email migration from R1,250 is often all a small team needs to look professional and stay in control. See email migrations →

What's billed separately

For full clarity, here's what sits outside the monthly fee:

  • Hardware purchases, sourced at cost plus a handling fee
  • New software licensing, billed at cost, at the price I pay
  • Projects like migrations or office moves, quoted separately, fixed price. See Email & Cloud Migrations.

Support plan FAQs

Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes, both.

What if we have an emergency outside your response window?

Priority-plan clients get same-day response. For genuine emergencies on other plans, an after-hours callout rate applies.

Are we locked into a contract?

Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The service should earn its fee every month, and it's on me to make sure it does.

Outside Brakpan, can you still help?

Most support is remote, so anywhere in South Africa works. On-site visits are limited to the East Rand and greater Johannesburg.

Fix the foundation first

If your business is still running on outdated web-host email, a support plan is treating the symptom. A one-off migration to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace fixes the root cause, and most migration clients move onto a support plan afterwards, with the same person who already knows the setup.
